Hi, I'm Sudipto Zaman

I spend a lot of my time moving between places, cameras, ideas, and very different kinds of work. I travel often, and photography is one of the ways I hold on to the places and moments I come across. I also make documentary work, following stories that feel worth staying with for a little longer. My photography explores anthropsychopolitical ideas, the quieter connections between people, behavior, society, and power. When I’m not behind a camera, I’m usually working on branding for a development organization or tending to my own ventures in marketing, development, and agro. Somehow, all of it keeps circling back to the same thing: being curious about how people live.
